Our goal is to provide you with excellent quality items. All of our items are made to order after your order has been placed. After an order has been placed, please allow 7-10 business days turn-around time. Once your item is shipped, you will receive tracking information to your email you provided at checkout. Please check your spam/promotional/updates folder if you do not see this email come to your inbox.

For any lost package(s) concerns, please contact your local post office. 

Pick up is located in Hondo, Texas off of State Highway 173 North. At checkout, please provide a good contact phone number. Turn-around time is 7-10 business days, or sooner. I will contact you via phone call, or text message to coordinate a convenient pick-up time for you.
